The staff were super friendly and the Camelot Spa was the highlight, but the breakfast could've been better with more variety. it was a sweet choice for a stay!

well-appointed decor, available indoor pool, scenic beach view
Upholstery and decor need a refresh!!! Room distances from lift are excessive!!! The lack of basic shower accessories left something to be desired!!! The hotel’s interpretation of a spa is misleading!!!

The property had a nice atmosphere with spacious rooms and a stunning view of the ocean. Each morning, we explored the beautiful nearby beaches and enjoyed the convenience of having a mall just a short walk away. The workouts were invigorating, especially since the gym equipment was previously addressed by management, which shows they take feedback seriously. Dining was a bit hit or miss. while breakfast was generally enjoyable, some items could use improvement. it was a good stay during my solo trip to unwind and recharge.

the boardwalk has a great location right next to a shopping mall and a casino, making it easy to enjoy local entertainment. the luxury king room with a sea view was quite nice, and the africology spa was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day. we loved the indoor heated pool, perfect for some relaxation.
Just a mild critique on the breakfast service. it could use a bit more variety.

The hotel is perfectly situated, with stunning views of the beach and easy access to the boardwalk, perfect for family strolls. With the Boardwalk casino nearby, there are countless entertainment options that kept our children engaged, creating a fun experience for our whole family. The facilities, including spacious pools, were delightful, offering a relaxing ambiance for both kids and adults.
The dining hall experienced significant crowding during breakfast, leading to frustrating wait times.

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend rest in Port Elizabeth with good price value. The manager was friendly and tried hard to make amends after a few hiccups, which was appreciated. Be ready for long wait times at breakfast and don’t forget to ask about the spa charges upfront.

Spacious rooms with a view!
The location is super convenient, right next to a mall and tons of restaurants. Our room was huge and clean, and the bed was comfy (just not the pillows). I loved chilling by the poolside snack bar, but the staff could use a smile or two. The wake-up call didn’t come through, which made for a stressful morning!
